Auto-apply labels
Checkpoint auto-apply labels use Paper Static Guard (PSG) technology, allowing labels to resist up to 8.5 kV (8,500 volts) during the automatic application process. Checkpoint is the only RF label provider with this technology; competing labels can only resist up to 0.9 kV (900 volts).
The automatic application process uses of mechanical applicators to integrate labels at a speed of between 5,000 and 50,000 products per hour. In any auto-apply process, a minimum of 95 percent of tags should typically be functioning after application; Checkpoint PSG technology enables a post-application yield of 99.9 percent.*
