Invoicing Coordinator - Chanhassen, Minn.
The Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for submitting all invoices for several large key accounts. This group of customers has a high volume of invoices generated across several lines of business and often has multiple projects/rollouts occurring at the same time. The invoicing specialist will identify and document the requirements for each customer/project/rollout and submit the invoices accordingly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepares and submits invoices according to customer requirements.
- Consolidates and reconciles the customer PO/rollout to the invoices generated.
- Works closely with the Customer Service Department to understand the invoicing requirements for each project/rollout.
- Processes all credit memos,
- Provides backup to other billing areas.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- An Associate’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of invoicing experience.
- Intermediate level Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookup is required.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers is required.
- Must have the ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment while handling multiple tasks.
- The ideal candidate will have effective planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
