RF source tags: easy, invisible integration
Paper-thin Checkpoint security labels can be embedded seamlessly and invisibly into all types of consumer product packaging.
Our newest line of Enhanced Performance (EP) labels, are smaller than traditional labels and provide for seamless package integration. They are also produced using less materials, and less plastic than traditional RF-EAS labels.
Packagers trust Checkpoint’s source tagging program to:
- Integrate security tags seamlessly
- Reduce material requirements
- Maintain high production speeds
- Provide value-added service
Checkpoint's source tags are:
- Mass-produced in multi-billion quantities
- Available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes
- Designed to minimize manufacturing process impact
- Applicable at production line speeds
- Unaffected by roller pressure
- Available on roll sizes of up to 8,000
Tag placement does not affect carton feeding. Ease and speed of application allow some packagers to include Checkpoint tags for little or no additional charge, other than the direct tag cost.
In addition to standard formats, we are always developing new circuit designs to optimize packaging applications. Recent innovations include new labels for batteries, liquor bottles, cough and cold remedies in foil blister cards, CDs and apparel.
